Welcome to Housing Technology 2022 – universally acknowledged as the leading and longest-running IT conference in social housing. Our conference covers all the key developments in technology for housing such as IoT, AI, digital transformation, self-service, low-code and much more.
On 2-3 March we're hosting our first hybrid conference which allows 500+ housing professionals to join us both physically and digitally over the two days for sustained networking with thought-provoking presentations and a physical and digital exhibition hall.
Our 2021 digital conference was a huge success and in 2022, we're taking Housing Technology to an exciting new level with our first hybrid event.
Physical Venue: Exclusive in person experience hosted at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry: Milton Common, Thame OX9 2JW.
Digital Platform: Attendees who purchase the digital ticket will be able to watch all the live sessions via our new digital events platform and visit the digital exhibition hall.
Housing Technology brings people together to get into the detail of how organisations can transform their technological infrastructure in order to improve their tenants' lives.

Download the agendaWe're delighted to welcome back Andrew Grill who proved to be one of our most popular keynote speakers ever. Actionable Futurist and former IBM global managing partner, Andrew Grill is a sought-after speaker and trusted board-level technology advisor. Unlike traditional futurists who paint a picture of the future in 10, 20 or even 50 years’ time, he delivers practical and immediately actionable insights in every session. As a ‘100 per cent digital’ evangelist, Andrew believes that, “to get digital, you need to be digital”, and his engaging keynote talks provide actionable insights on how to achieve corporate goals on a global and long-lasting scale.
We're delighted to also welcome Timandra Harkness. Timandra writes and presents BBC Radio 4 documentaries, including Divided Nation and Five Knots, and series FutureProofing and Steel manning. She makes regular radio and TV appearances to discuss current affairs, especially issues around technology, including Newsnight, Question Time, Any Questions, Politics Live and Free Thinking. Her first book, Big Data: does size matter? was published by Bloomsbury Sigma in 2016 (updated paperback edition 2017). She is now writing another book for HarperCollins, on the changing relationship between human identity and technology, due out in 2023.
