East Midland Conference Centre (EMCC)
This modern and versatile space boasts state-of-the-art technology, including high-speed internet and audio-visual equipment. There is also a large exhibition hall where sponsors will be able to set up their stands.

- Car: The venue has plenty of parking right outside the venue. There will also be provisions for alternative parking on the campus.
- Train: The venue is approximately 4 miles away from Nottingham train station and only 2 miles from Beeston train station. There is a taxi rank just outside the main station.
- Tram: Nottingham’s tram system is accessible from both stations, which will take you directly to the university park campus.
The Orchard Hotel
The Orchard Hotel & Restaurant is a modern, eco-friendly venue consisting of 200+ bedrooms, a brasserie and is located right next to the East Midlands Conference Centre. We will have a large number of rooms available at our conference rate of £113 per night. In order to secure your room at the hotel at the conference rate, please make sure you register your ticket first. The confirmation email will contain instructions on how to book your room with our special rate.
Latest Information
The Orchard Hotel is now full on Wednesday 6th March. There are a few rooms still available on Tuesday 5th March. The nearby Jubilee Hotel is also now full.
