Jason Bradbury

In his keynote presentation for Housing Technology 2025, The Thousand-Year Decade, Jason Bradbury, best known as the face of The Gadget Show, will explore the truly profound technological transformations that will reshape our world over the next decade. With a particular focus on their implications for social housing and urban development, he will cover AI and its game-changing impact on business sectors and jobs, touching on subjects including energy, autonomous vehicles, robotics and much more. Jason will also delve into ethical challenges, the future of work, sustainability and the socio-economic shifts driven by new technologies from rapid prototyping to virtual reality. Drawing from his experience with AI, including building his own humanoid robot on The Gadget Show and his experience on MIT’s AI for Business Technologies course, he will provide clear definitions and actionable ideas and lead a fun and engaging conversation around creating smarter, more sustainable housing solutions for the future.

The Housing Technology Awards

If you’re pleased with your work, proud of your last project and/or keen to share your experiences with the wider housing sector, we’d love to receive your entry(ies) for the Housing Technology Awards 2025/26, irrespective of the size of your organisation (size will be taken into account when assessing the award entries).  The Housing Technology Awards are open from 01 September 2025 and close on 31 December 2025.

The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday 11 March at the conference. All delegates attending on the Wednesday are invited to join us for the ceremony as well as the evening reception beforehand.

How do I purchase tickets?

Please head to the tickets page to purchase tickets and find out how you can attend. Ticketing will open in mid-September 2025.

Who are the confirmed speakers for the event?

Please see the speaker page and the agenda page for more details on our planned presentations and speakers.

Can I attend digitally?

We do not offer live digital access. The conference will however be available on catch-up after the event for ticket holders.

Will the event be recorded?

Yes, all presentations will be recorded and available to attendees after the event. You must still purchase a ticket to obtain free acess after the event.

Please see the accommodation page for more details. Please note that the private link to book into the onsite hotel is only provided after booking.

Do you offer group tickets?

Yes, please use the group booking form on the ticketing page. Members of the group must be from the same organisation.
