I'm delighted to invite to join us at the Housing Technology Conference 2025. The conference begins on 11 March with afternoon workshops and an evening welcome reception, with the main conference on 12-13 March 2025 at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham. Our annual conference is long established as the pre-eminent IT event in housing, bringing together 600+ technology strategists.
We'll be hosting a large range of fantastic presentations and workshops covering data, AI, customer service, cyber security, business intelligence, finance, assets & infrastructure, staff & teams, and much more. The Housing Technology Awards will also be returning to celebrate the amazing projects taking place in our sector.

Jason Bradbury
In his keynote presentation for Housing Technology 2025, The Thousand-Year Decade, Jason Bradbury, best known as the face of The Gadget Show, will explore the truly profound technological transformations that will reshape our world over the next decade. With a particular focus on their implications for social housing and urban development, he will cover AI and its game-changing impact on business sectors and jobs, touching on subjects including energy, autonomous vehicles, robotics and much more. Jason will also delve into ethical challenges, the future of work, sustainability and the socio-economic shifts driven by new technologies from rapid prototyping to virtual reality. Drawing from his experience with AI, including building his own humanoid robot on The Gadget Show and his experience on MIT’s AI for Business Technologies course, he will provide clear definitions and actionable ideas and lead a fun and engaging conversation around creating smarter, more sustainable housing solutions for the future.
Panel discussion: Data standards - Does 'one size' really fit all?
Data standards could be the foundation for solving some of the biggest challenges in housing today, but does one size really fit all? During this panel discussion, we'll hear from three experts from the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government, HACT and ODX on what they are doing to encourage data standards.

The Housing Technology Awards
After the success of the inaugural Housing Technology Awards 2023/24, our awards return for 2024/25. If you’re pleased with your work, proud of your last project and/or keen to share your experiences with the wider housing sector, we’d love to receive your entry(ies) for the Housing Technology Awards 2024/25, irrespective of the size of your organisation (size will be taken into account when assessing the award entries). The Housing Technology Awards are open from 01 September 2024 and close on 31 December 2024.
The awards ceremony will take place in the evening of Wednesday 12 March at the conference. All delegates attending on the Wednesday are invited to join us for the ceremony as well as the evening reception beforehand.

Who are the confirmed speakers for the event?

Can I attend digitally?
We do not offer live digital access. The conference will however be available on catch-up after the event for ticket holders.

Will the event be recorded?
Yes, all presentations will be recorded and available to attendees after the event. You must still purchase a ticket to obtain free acess after the event.

Do you offer group tickets?
