A key reason, Aidan Dunphy argues, is that they’re usually tied to large, monolithic technology procurements which lack the flexibility to adapt to changing understanding or circumstances. He presents an alternative approach to IT solution development focussed on vision, strategy and valuable outcomes, and supported by modern, agile software partners. Let’s try something different!
