Sharing excellence, shaping the future

Housing Technology 2025 begins on 11 March with afternoon workshops and an evening welcome reception, with the main conference on 12-13 March 2025 at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham. Housing Technology’s annual conference is long established as the pre-eminent IT event in housing, bringing together 600+ technology strategists.

We'll be hosting a large range of fantastic presentations and workshops covering data, AI, customer service, cyber security, business intelligence, finance, assets & infrastructure, staff & teams, and much more. The Housing Technology Awards will also be returning to celebrate the amazing projects taking place in our sector.

Welcome Evening Reception

We are hosting an informal welcome reception in the Orchard Hotel foyer and bar during the evening of Tuesday 5th March. All sponsors, speakers and full conference ticket holders are invited as Housing Technology’s guests.‍ We are also delighted to be welcoming members of WISH (The network for women working in social housing), who will be hosting a panel discussion prior to the reception from 5pm in conference room 1.

This modern and versatile space boasts state-of-the-art technology, including high-speed internet and audio-visual equipment. There is also a large exhibition hall where sponsors will be able to set up their stands. Conveniently located right next door to the conference centre is the Orchard Hotel with plenty of rooms for most of our guests to stay.

The Housing Technology Awards

After the success of the inaugural Housing Technology Awards 2023/24, our awards return for 2024/25 (you can view last year’s winners here). If you’re pleased with your work, proud of your last project and/or keen to share your experiences with the wider housing sector, we’d love to receive your entry(ies) for the Housing Technology Awards 204/25, irrespective of the size of your organisation (size will be taken into account when assessing the award entries).  The Housing Technology Awards are open from 01 September 2024 and close on 31 December 2024.

How do I purchase tickets?

Please head to the tickets page to purchase tickets and find out how you can attend.

Who are the confirmed speakers for the event?

We'll be adding new presentations and speakers shortly.

Can I attend digitally?

We do not offer live digital access. The conference will however be available on catch-up after the event for ticket holders.

Will the event be recorded?

Yes, all presentations will be recorded and available to attendees after the event. You must still purchase a ticket to obtain free acess after the event.

Please see the accommodation page for more details. Please note that the private link to book into the onsite hotel is only provided after booking.

Do you offer group tickets?

Yes, please use the group booking form on the ticketing page. Members of the group must be from the same organisation.
